alexei [1] filed a deletion request for ti-rtos-cc13xx-cc26xx [2]: Resurrecting deletion request PRQ#47075 (sorry for the back-and- forth). TI-RTOS has been bundled into SimpleLink SDK (see AUR comments). There is no point in maintaining this, I was probably the only user to begin with, and now that the upstream installer is obsolete, this package should be just deleted.
