Evidence: its direct, explicit consumer, gnome-settings-daemon-338 depends on libgweather (meaning libgweather-3.so), which has been dropped from repo since Oct 2022 [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. There are no comments whatsoever on this package, nor on any other '-338' packages from same author, and none of them have been updated after the beginning of 2022. The package has no other dependents other than the just-discussed gnome-settings-daemon-338. So it's better to delete this, and safe to do so.
