MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chmsee-git [2]: Orphaned, last updated in 2015. Project discontinued in 2015. Reported broken with newer xulrunner in Sep 2015. This was a tool to view Microsoft's proprietary .CHM help documents. There are working alternatives carried by Arch. Nothing depends on this broken package. Safe to delete.
