MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wxqt-dev [2]: Orphan package providing the old version of [extra] wxwidgets-qt5. Intended as a "dev" version package but it is not useful anymore, being out of maintenance for a year. Repo's stable package is much newer than this. And as repo has renamed these packages from wxqt / wxgtk to wxwidgets-*, the name of this package is obsolete.
