MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xflux [2]: xflux is a dead, closed-source binary from 2013, and doesn't work on systems since 2016 due to changes in Xorg server (and it never worked on Wayland). The f.lux project's own xflux-gui frontend now supports Redshift instead of the deprecated xflux. [a] It's time to retire this long-obsolete package.
