MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sparkleshare-git [2]: Orphan, broken C# based VCS package from 2018. Doesn't build, as per last comment from 2020. Also some of its C# based bindings packages are also defunct and abandoned. Seems there is no interest by anyone to adopt this. So I recommend deletion.
