MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-openjpeg [2]: Orphan lib32 package for openjpeg1, from 2016. Has no dependents. This is not (lib32-)openjpeg2, for which there are separate packages. Also, the JPEG 2000 format, despite its fancy name, is so marginal, it never caught on. Web browsers don't support it. Games and regular desktop productivity applications never used this format, nor did interactive encyclopedias or other multimedia content software.
