MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ceph-pacific [2]:

This legacy Ceph (v16) runtime is not needed anymore by any other AUR package, and it depends on aur/librdkafka1, which violates AUR submission guidelines by conflicting with repo's newer librdkafka.

I recommend deleting this. No AUR votes or comments, and it was also not updated to the latest point release.

This legacy version is not just EOL since a year ago, but also unbuildable on Arch Linux, as evidenced by the build failure log I sent in a comment in Feb 2024.
