MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-wq-git [2]: This small Python utility seems to have not been developed for the past 2 years. Also this VCS package does not work because it misses at least one needed dependency. (Last updated in 2018.) There is another problem. This package uses @esheldon's wq [a] package but they have not published their code to PyPI or anywhere else. Basically this seems like a private project. Whereas on PyPI, there exists a totally unrelated 'wq' module since 2013, which has been continuously receiving updates (last in Apr 2022). [b] The latter's GitHub URL path is wq/wq. [c] Therefore this python-wq-git utility package should have some distinguishing name, to not clash with the mainstream PyPI 'wq' module. But anyway, as this has not been updated in 4 years, I suggest deletion. Nothing depends on it on AUR.
