MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for etm [2]: Suggesting to delete this broken Python2 based tool from 2012. Upstream's discontinued status has already been mentioned by package owner in 2019. Upstream's successor is called etmtk, available on AUR, though that project has also been abandoned since 2019. Still, that is at least based on Python3, and if some people would like to pick that up, it should be a better starting point to fix.
