MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pympd [2]: Defunct, abandoned Gtk2/Python2 frontend application from 2007 for mpd (music player daemon). Badly packaged so it never worked without manual dependency installation. But now it is best to delete. There are maintained, working alternatives for this use case.
