MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-python-pip [2]: Not useful to keep anymore. Abandoned for more than 2 years. Nothing depends on it other than mingw-w64-python-setuptools, in a circular fashion. If the also long abandoned and broken mingw-w64-python ever gets fixed, its built-in pip & setup modules will be usable for the same purposes as standalone packages.
