MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-swagger2 [2]: Though the source tar is still available, the package page and metadata on MetaCPAN has been deleted. So this package seems to be discontinued. Nothing depends on it on AUR, and nothing can depend on it on MetaCPAN anymore. I suggest it's safe to delete.
