eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for ungoogled-chromium-arm64 [2]: duplicate of ungoogled-chromium. The AUR is not a platform for hosting packages specifically for non-supported architectures. The proper solution if the existing package does not compile for arm, is to discuss with the package maintainer about adding support for arm (packages are permitted to support both x86_64 and additional architectures).
