MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-packaging-21 [2]: Unused old version, orphaned package. It was needed by the legacy python-dephell-specifier AUR package until 2023-06-28, at which point it got updated with an upstream fix to make it compatible with the newer version of python-packaging, available in repo.
