intelfx [1] filed a orphan request for kubernetes-helm [2]:

This package incorrectly packages an externally-built binary while not bearing a -bin suffix. I tried to contact the maintainer on 2018-09-18 via email which was never answered (and package got bumped in meantime). I posted an excerpt from this email for the record in comments on 2018-09-30.
