MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-zeroc-ice [2]: Abandoned Python library from 2019. My OOD flag has been ignored since 2022-08. There are no reverse dependencies, and last comment is from 2018. Based on this, I recommend deleting this unused package. (Latest version can easily be installed from PyPI, if someone has an application that happens to need this.)
