alexei [1] filed a deletion request for ti-ble-sdk [2]: Looks like Simplelink SDK is for CC26x1,2,4, but the older CC26x0 chips still can use only this BLE Stack v2.2. Let's just delete both packages ti-ble-sdk and its dependency ti-rtos- cc13xx-cc26xx, because if any effort is worth spending, it should be spent on new chips (instead of on the old CC26x0). That would mean packaging SimpleLink SDK, which has a native Linux installer, as opposed to this BLE Stack having Windows-only installer, and this PKGBUILD is an epic upstream monkey-patching script.
