MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-noetic-kinect2-bridge [2]: Upstream is unmaintained since 2018. Unused on AUR, and also obsolete now. ROS1 (Noetic) packages are EOL and no longer compatible with Arch Linux, only with Python 3.9, Qt 5.12 and the freshly EOL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
