a821 [1] filed a deletion request for ecoice [2]: Unneeded package because its functionality has been merged with `ecodms-client` (in 2016) according to comment in flag message (and this release note [0]). Upstream does not offer it anymore anyway (and ecodms-client is up-to-date).
