MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-fmask [2]: Orphaned Python 2 package last updated in 2016. It is for meteorological satellite image processing (scientific usage). There is a much newer version from 2022, working with Python 3. Nothing depends on this very old package so I suggest deleting it.
