MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-noetic-libuvc-camera [2]: Unused package from 2020. Has not received its last upstream update from 2021. Though upstream is unmaintained for ROS1 since that year. The ROS1 (Noetic) distribution is now EOL too, and many of its packages are broken on and not compatible with Arch Linux, only with Python 3.9 and the EOL Ubuntu 20.04 and Qt 5.12.
