MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kdesvn-git [2]: Broken, but unused VCS package from 2016. No indication that anyone needs this: 0 comments/votes. Nothing depends on it. Upstream's last release was in 2019; extra repo carries that version. Since that time, upstream's master branch seems to have only received very minimal internal cleanups and configuration refactorings. Other than that, 99% of the commits are just automated translation synchronizations and other mass config adjustments made by KDE's CI bots. So overall I don't see the benefit in keeping this VCS package. It's not worth the effort to fix this PKGBUILD, and it receives zero user attention anyway. Enough to keep extra/kdesvn.
