MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-hwloc [2]: Cleanup after the deletion of lib32-onetbb (PRQ#47125). The latter used to be a dependency of lib32-suitesparse, but then its upstream dropped using tbb, so lib32-onetbb and this library were left without any downstream dependents.
