Request #52764 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Revoking this request. It turns out that eclipse-cpp should be built from source, and eclipse-cpp-bin has a legitimate reason to exist. (Though it should download the build from Eclipse Foundation, not from an unrelated university existing under the totalitarian dictatorship called People's Republic of China.)
