MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for antlr3-cpp-headers-git [2]: Abandoned, unused, has some packaging issues. But also no longer beneficial to keep. Upstream files have not changed since 2013 [a], and the same files are carried by the more properly named and better packaged, actively maintained AUR/libantlr3c-cpp-headers [b], which is up-to-date with upstream's latest release tag (from 2022).
