tmpmail build from a fixed commit, upstream developer is no longer using git tags

Please do open a bug report for the developer to cut releases! Especially since older versions are still hanging around in the GitHub releases section that's quite confusing.
Request #30756 has been rejected by ainola [1]: one uses the latest release and the other the latest git commit. Both are valid. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/ainola/
