MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for exquisite [2]: EOL since 2012. Current source unavailable: 404 not found. Also linux kernels in Arch repo don't support the legacy Bootsplash, and the AUR kernels that did (linux-bootsplash, linux-manjaro*) have been unmaintained for years and recently got deleted.
