MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for boe-server [2]: Seems this 'alpha' version Python2 application has been discontinued in 2016. Upstream URL points to a GitHub repo where it can be seen the app has been rewritten from scratch in Go language. This package has not been updated since 2016 so I recommend deleting it.
