MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-collective-checkdocs [2]: Deprecated Python 2.7-3.4 distutils based addon which has not been developed since 2014. [a] [b] Repo has some newer commits, but those only change the readme file, nothing else. [b] The only AUR consumer, 'parsedmarc' is currently unmaintained and broken. But the latest version of it doesn't need this package. So it's safe to delete.
