Request #19303 has been rejected by Muflone [1]: Don't use package requests to hijack packages. You marked the package nextcloud-10 out of date only 3 days ago and you never wrote a single comment in the package comments, not offered any type of help in maintaining the package neither you contacted the maintainer to fix the package.
