MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gtkhtml4 [2]: Defunct, unneeded package, discontinued by upstream since 2015. Safe to delete. AUR/xiphos-git also doesn't need it and is broken until it removes this and another unbuildable dependency from PKGBUILD (notified maintainer).
