No, it's not. You're expected to purchase the files from gog and give them to the PKGBUILD, and there's nothing illegal about that. Please don't delete it. Regards, ~Celti

Since this is the AUR, nothing is being distributed. Is there any illegal downloads linked in the PKGBUILD? If not, I don't see the problem here.
