xiretza [1] filed an orphan request for perl-convert-pem [2]: Second attempt, previously rejected for not being marked out of date at https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur- requests/2020-September/045106.html. There are comments about the broken PKGBUILD going back almost a decade, from what I can tell this package hasn't ever worked in this entire time, and the maintainer has been completely MIA.
