[PRQ#65861] Deletion Request for pygobject-git
MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pygobject-git [2]: Badly packaged, not aligned properly with repo's pygobject. [a] Unnecessarily splits the 'pygobject-devel-git' package, which also has bad depends, and cannot be mixed-and-matched with the stable python- gobject, which is a monopackage containing the 'pygobject-devel' header and pkgconf files. Defines 'python-cairo' as makedepend and 'cairo' as optdepend, but builds with meson option -D pycairo=disabled. (Also 'cairo' does not provide the Python bindings, only 'python- cairo' does.) pkgver() does not follow the recommended pattern, therefore it allows more chances for not strictly monotonic increase. Lacks some runtime depends. Tests are disabled, unlike in the repo package.
