IooNag [1] filed a deletion request for linux-selinux [2]: This package has been obsolete since core/linux included support for SELinux. I have been waiting some time in case this support was reverted (like in 2018 with https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/linux&id=62b80117614b44f4a17921b0d1cb9b9e6d08fa4e). But as it has not been reverted, it is time to remove linux-selinux.
