are you sure you want to merge this package? Your sparta package is properly shipping a static (non-VCS) version 1.0.1. This is fine. Your sparta-git package is properly shipping a VCS version via git. Both packages seem to fine to me. small improvement: you should add makedepends=('git') to the -git packages. cheers anthraxx
Request #3773 has been rejected by anthraxx [1]: clarified off-list, maintainer will keep both packages alive to have a release and a VCS (git) version of the software. [1] https://aur4.archlinux.org/account/anthraxx/
