Ordoviz [1] filed a request to merge ttf-spectral [2] into spectral- font [3]:

I turned this package into a split package because downloading the ZIP of the repo is faster than downloading the needed files individually. Since pkgbase ttf-spectral is occupied, the new split package cannot provide ttf-spectral. Please merge.
