MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-mypy_protobuf-git [2]: Unmaintained VCS package from 2020, with a not quite proper name (should have been with dash instead of underscore). Declared dependencies are now outdated and therefore wrong. Nothing relies on this package. So it seems unneeded and safe to delete.
