Request #65160 has been Accepted by Muflone [1]: while crc-bin is a bit vague package name, openshift-codeready-bin is entirely wrong as the software name is crc so the crc-bin package maintainer wants to rename the package, maybe openshift-crc-bin would be more suitable.
