MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-noetic-laser-assembler [2]: Dead, unused package from 2020. Fails to build, just like all its "ros-noetic" dependencies. ROS1 Noetic is EOL this month, but its packages have already been broken on Arch Linux for at least 1-2 years due to targeting incompatible legacy API's shipped with the EOL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Python 3.9, Qt 5.12, CMake 3, Boost 1.71, python-numpy 1.74 etc.).
