MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for libarcus [2]: I thought the maintainer has returned, but it seems he is MIA. This has been flagged for years. I adopted and unflagged/re-flagged it with a more proper comment. But it was a month ago. So I must conclude that this package, which was last updated in 2015, would definitely better be handed over to another owner.
