MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xf86-video-dummy-with-vt [2]: No longer maintained, minimally patched old version (released in 2016) of extra/xf86-video-dummy. This is either a malicious deletion request or made by someone who does not understand the package. It fixes accessibility issues with the dummy driver, and is currently being used by several people I know of for sure today. So please ignore the deletion request.
