GeorgeRaven [1] filed a deletion request for cni-bin [2]: I had confused myself between the cni and the cni-plugins. The CNI has no binary available (https://github.com/containernetworking/cni/releases) making a cni-bin package untenable. I have now instead packaged the originally intended files (https://github.com/containernetworking/plugins/releases) as cni-plugins-bin instead. However cni-bin should probably be deleted rather than orphaned to prevent any issues. Thank you and sorry for the fuss.
