MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for tvtime-alsa [2]: I suggest this can be deleted. Outdated 2011 version of tvtime (television application for analog TV capture cards). Source is gone (404). Package was last updated in 2015. There is only 1 user vote. There are no comments. Arch [community] carries the latest version of [tvtime]. Safe to delete this one, nothing on AUR depends on it.
