lukpod [1] filed a deletion request for libva-xvba-driver [2]:

The last release of this was years ago. This only works with Catalyst which hasn’t had a new release for over 6 months. The latest release of Catalyst doesn’t work with xorg-server higher than 1.17. Catalyst has been superseded by other drivers (r600, radeonsi, amdgpu). The latest release of Catalyst has a new XvBA backend for VA-API which supersedes this one.

Also delete xvba-sdk [1]; it’s only needed to compile this package; there no other packages in the AUR which need xvba-sdk.
