Request #18176 has been accepted by diabonas [1]: The upstream repository this package uses (https://github.com/nextcloud/client_theming) has been archived in favour of https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop, so nextcloud-desktop- git suggested in the request appears to be an adequate replacement.
