[aur-requests] [PRQ#8992] Deletion Request for dotnet

Please do not delete [0] the package as the upstream discussion [1] about whether to keep a separate `dotnet` package as a meta package hasn't been concluded yet. Same for me if the package is merged to dotnet-runtime or such instead. But keeping a placeholder in the AUR purely for some hypothetical name change - it's not even a valid PKGBUILD to begin with - is misleading at best and doesn't match the submission guidelines.
