MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for php83 [2]: Less frequently updated than Arch repo's 'php', which is now also on the stable v8.3.x version. (As of now, the repo package is a newer point release.) Therefore it is not useful to keep this on AUR. Also AUR submission guidelines forbid this kind of duplication.
