MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-gmusicapi [2]: Orphan, unmaintained package. Google Music is dead (shut down). So it's safe to delete this package. Tizonia packages are unmaintained as of now, and already broken because they rely on the also broken libspotify (for which Spotify discontinued all access).
